Shannon Kelly

Shannon Kelly launched her real estate career in Vancouver, Canada in 2003 after earning an MBA in Paris, focusing on the international luxury market. She quickly gained recognition, playing a pivotal role in major condominium developments and achieving over $250million in sales within her first two years.

In 2005, Shannon joined the $1B CityFront Plaza development in Chicago with Centrum Properties. Captivated by the city’s stunning architecture and vibrant culture, she decided to make Chicago her permanent home. In 2016, she transitioned to brokerage, teaming up with Melanie Giglio and The MVP Team at Jameson Sotheby’s. A year later, they became founding members of Compass in Chicago.

Over the past four years, Shannon and The MVP Team have closed more than $500  million in sales, helping 600+ families realize their real estate dreams.
