Daniel Pagan

Daniel is a Chicago native who was born and raised in Lakeview near Lincoln & George, where he built strong neighborhood roots through his local community and church. Today, he calls Sheridan Park home and proudly embraces his Puerto Rican heritage, bringing warmth, authenticity, and strong relationship building to every client interaction.

Because Daniel is truly rooted in Chicago, he offers firsthand knowledge of the city’s neighborhoods, lifestyle pockets, and the details that matter most when choosing where to live, from walkability and transit to local dining, parks, and community feel. With a lifelong appreciation for modern architecture and design, he also has a sharp eye for what makes a home stand out, whether it’s clean lines, thoughtful layouts, or craftsmanship you can feel the moment you walk in.

Outside of real estate, Daniel is a talented percussionist (congas and bongos), a die-hard Chicago sports fan, and someone who genuinely thrives on the city’s energy. A self-proclaimed foodie and home chef, he loves exploring Chicago’s dining scene as much as he enjoys cooking for friends and family. When he’s off the clock, you’ll likely find him enjoying a game of billiards, especially now that he has his own pool table at home.
